A solo founder with a strong logo and zero manufacturing experience. We started with a 30-unit heavyweight hoodie run so they could test demand without gambling their savings. The first drop sold out in 48 hours; the reorder was 5×.
Elevate Apparel
Growing label · activewear · Germany
Elevate outgrew their previous supplier’s inconsistent quality. We moved them to embroidered co-ord sets with custom labelling and locked their fit across sizes. Returns dropped, average order value rose, and they added two new colourways per season.
Chaos Collective

A hype-driven collective needed a full campaign set — tees, hoodies and totes — produced fast and finished to a collectible standard with puff print and woven patches. We turned the whole range in three weeks for a timed release.
