TERMS OF SERVICE.
1 · What we do
Aftermath manufactures custom garments to order. Everything on this site — prices, mock-ups, the Studio — leads to a written quote; no contract exists until you accept a quote and we confirm it.
2 · Quotes & acceptance
Quotes are valid for the period stated (default 14 days) and cover exactly the quantities, garments and print methods listed. Accepting a quote online is a binding order. VAT is applied per your country and VAT status at acceptance.
3 · Payment
A deposit (default 50%) is due before production starts; the balance before shipping. Invoices are issued by Aftermath Ltd. Production timelines start when the deposit clears.
4 · Artwork & intellectual property
You confirm you own or hold a valid licence to all artwork you submit, and you indemnify Aftermath against third-party IP claims arising from it. We may decline artwork that appears to infringe trademarks or that is unlawful. Your designs remain yours — we never reuse or resell them.
5 · Production & tolerances
Custom manufacturing carries industry-standard tolerances: ±5% on delivered quantity per style, minor shade variation between dye lots, and ±1.5cm on garment measurements. These are not defects. We photograph every run at quality control before shipping.
6 · Lead times & shipping
Lead times in quotes are committed estimates from deposit to ex-factory. Shipping is via tracked courier (DHL) or local delivery in Malta; risk passes on delivery. Customs duties for deliveries outside the EU are the recipient's responsibility unless quoted otherwise.
7 · Claims & remedies
Custom goods can't be returned for change of mind. Report defects within 14 days of delivery with photos; verified production defects are remade or credited at our choice. See Shipping & Returns.
8 · Cancellation
Free before sourcing starts. After production begins, the deposit covers costs incurred; we'll always tell you the exact position before you decide.
9 · Liability
Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, delays beyond our control, courier or customs delays).
10 · Law
Maltese law applies; courts of Malta have jurisdiction. Questions: aftermathmalta@gmail.com.
